Brief Introduction of the 20L Rotary Evaporator

20L Rotary Evaporator is an indispensable instrument for evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in scientific research and production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biological products industries. The rotary evaporator is developed under the vacuum negative pressure condition by the principle of constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation. The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotating bottle at a constant speed. The material forms a large area uniform film on the bottle wall, and then the rotating bottle is uniformly heated by the intelligent constant temperature water bath, and is evaporated at a high speed under vacuum conditions. The solvent vapor passes through the glass condenser. Cool and recycle to the collection bottle. The rotary evaporator is operated under vacuum, and the part in contact with the material is made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which is suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperature. Our rotary evaporator has formed 2L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 50L,100L series.

Main Features of the 20L Rotary Evaporator

1. The main body bracket is made of stainless steel + aluminum alloy, the structure is reasonable, and the materials are exquisite.

2. The sealing system is sealed with a combination of Teflon and fluoroelastomer to maintain vacuum.

3. The vacuum gauge shows a real-time vacuum with a vacuum of 0.098 MPa.

4. The glass parts are made of borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.

5. Continuous feeding is convenient for customers, and the valve type feeding tube is sleeved with PTFE tube.

6. Upright three-layer serpentine coil condenser, main cold + pay cold double condenser, to ensure recovery rate, additional material tube.

7. Microcomputer type ON-OFF power switch control.

8. The digital display of the bath pot and the intelligent constant temperature control, the K-type sensor transmits the temperature quickly and accurately.

9. Frequency control (0-120rpm), digital display of speed, knob setting, easy to operate.

10. Fuse safety protection.

11. The pot is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.

12. 110The bath pot is lifted and lowered.

13. The collection bottle is provided with a discharge material to facilitate collection and discharge of the evaporated extract.
